威灵仙化学成分、药理作用及机制研究进展

Review on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Effects of Climatidis Radix

威灵仙是一种常用的、多基原的中药材,为毛茛科植物铁线莲属植物威灵仙(Clematis chinensis Osbeck)、棉团铁线莲(Clematis hexapstala Pall.)或东北铁线莲(Clematis manshurica Rupr.)的干燥根和根茎。威灵仙主要含有皂苷、黄酮、木脂素等类型成分。研究表明威灵仙不仅具有较强的抗炎、镇痛作用,还具有抗肿瘤、降胆固醇和抗疟疾等作用。威灵仙是多种中成药的重要原料,对其化学成分及药理活性研究尚有深入研究的重要性和必要性。本文主要对威灵仙的化学成分、药理作用的研究进行综述,为威灵仙的进一步研究与开发提供参考。

Climatidis radix is a commonly used traditional chinese medicine,which is dry root and rhizome of Clematis chinensis Osbeck,Clematis hexapstala Pall and Clematis manshurica Rupr. Climatidis radix has many kinds of chemical constituents,such as saponins,flavonoids and lignans. Studies have shown that Climatidis radix not only has strong anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect,also has the anti-tumor,lower cholesterol and anti-malaria function. Climatidis radix is an important raw material in a variety of Chinese patent medicine. It is necessary to do further research on its chemical components and pharmacological activity. The biological characteristics,chemical constituents,and pharmacological effects of Climatidis radix were reviewed in this paper,which can provide the reference for future research and application of Climatidis radix.
