不同性状紫草在茶油中紫草素的溶出量考察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨将不同性状紫草浸泡于等量茶油中,紫草素在其中的溶出量。方法于不同时间段取茶油,用HPLC法测定其中的紫草素含量。结果同一性状的紫草,随浸泡时间延长,或紫草浸泡量增加,紫草素的溶出量均增加;不同性状的紫草,同一时间,同样的紫草浸泡量,紫草素的溶出量有差异。结论随时间延长,不同性状紫草在茶油中紫草素的溶出量均逐渐增加,紫草中粉(16~40目)在茶油中紫草素的溶出效果最好,其次是紫草细粉(40目以下),未打粉的紫草溶出效果最差。 OBJECTIVE To determine the dissolution of shikonin in the camellia oil when immersing different characters of Arnebiae radix in the camellia oil. METHODS Sample camellia oil in different time,and determinate the content of shikonin in the camellia oil with HPLC. RESULTS For arnebiae radix with the same character,the dissolution of shikonin increased with the increase of immersing time or immersing amount. For arnebiae radix with the different character,the dissolution of shikonin is different with the same immersion of arnebiae radix and in the same time. CONCLUSION With the time increasing,the dissolution of shikonin in camellia oil increased gradually with different characters of arnebiae radix. The optimal dissolution of shikonin in the camellia oil could be obtained with arnebiae radix power of 16 - 40 mesh,followed by arnebiae radix power less than 40 mesh. And the poorest dissolution was showed by the arnebiae radix without powdering.
