摘要
目的建立紫外分光光度法测定螺旋藻类保健食品中多糖的含量。方法以D-无水葡萄糖为对照品,采用苯酚-硫酸法显色,紫外分光光度法测定螺旋藻类保健食品中多糖的含量。结果 D-无水葡萄糖在11.6~174.0μg范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.998);平均回收率为101.1%。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于螺旋藻类保健食品中多糖的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a UV method for the determination of polysaccharides in health food of spirulina. METHODS D-anhydrous glucose was used as reference substance. The content of polysaccharides in health food of spirulina was determined by the phenol-sulfuric acid method and the ultraviolet spectrophotomery method. RESULTS The calibration curve of D-anhydrous glucose was linear within the range of 11. 6 - 174. 0μg( r =0. 998),the average recovery rate was 101. 1%. CONCLUSION The method is proved to be simple and accurate,which can be used to determine the polysaccharides in health food of spirulina.
