应用型安全工程专业人才培养模式改革探讨

Discussion on the Reform of Applied Safety Engineering Talents Training Mode

分析了河南工程学院安全工程专业目前人才培养模式的特点和不足,以及现实教学中的缺点,指出实行"卓越计划"才能改变此现状。对河南工程学院安全工程专业实施"卓越计划"存在的问题进行了研究,提出了建设性的解决方法,可为同类院校工科专业改进人才培养模式提供参考。

The paper analyzes the characteristics and deficiencies of the current personnel training mode of safety engineering specialty in Henan university of engineering, and the shortcomings in the practical teaching. It is pointed out that the implementation of the ＂excellent plan＂ can change this situation. The paper studies on the problems of implementing ＂excellence program＂ in safety engineering specialty of Henan university of engineering and puts forward a constructive solution, which can provide reference for improving engineering talents’ training mode in similar universities.
