摘要
针对2 150mm连退机组生产超宽幅汽车外板的热瓢曲问题,对其产生机理及其影响因素进行了分析,并结合机组实际情况,提出了相应改进措施,即保证来料板形、安排足够适当的过渡料,并对张力、冷却风量、工艺速度等关键工艺参数进行了调整,保证了带钢横向温差和炉辊热凸度,从而解决了该机组生产超宽幅汽车板的热瓢曲问题。
In view of the problem of heat buckle of ultra-width and thin gauge autobody sheet produced by 2 150 mm continuous annealing units,its cause mechanism and influence factors were analyzed.Combined with the actual conditions of the unit,relevant improvement measures were proposed,i.e.guaranting cold rolled strip shape,arranging adequately transition materials,and adjusting key process parameters such as tension,cooling air volume and process speed.Theses measures were able to ensure the transverse temperature difference of the strip and the thermal crown of the furnace roll,thereby disminale the defect of heat buckle of ultra-width autobody sheet.
