低氢吹扫工艺对不锈钢全氢罩式炉退火的影响分析 被引量:3

Analysis of influence of low hydrogen purging process on stainless steel strip in full hydrogen bell type annealing furnace

摘要 分析了全氢罩式退火炉在低氢、高氢两种吹扫模式下对热轧SUS430不锈钢卷性能及表面质量的影响,从实验室及大生产模式下进行了验证。结果表明:采用低氢吹扫工艺,SUS430钢卷罩式退火更高效、节能,同时能够保证其力学性能且表面氧化铁皮更易酸洗去除。 The effects of low hydrogen and high hydrogen purging modes on the performance and surface quality of hot rolled SUS430 stainless steel strip in full hydrogen hood annealing furnace were analyzed and verified from the laboratory and largescale production modes.The results show that using low hydrogen purging technology,there are more efficient and energy-saving,and can ensure its mechanical properties and its surface oxide scale is more easily pickling.
