摘要
针对莱芜钢铁集团有限公司1 500mm UCM单机架轧机产品存在的乳化液斑问题,分析了其形成机理,通过采用新型防缠导板和外侧风刀、变频供乳改造、采用自动停喷乳化液和延时起车技术,使产品表面乳化液斑缺陷得到了控制,乳化液斑切除率由0.85%降低到0.12%,综合成材率由90.20%提高到90.38%。
Aimed at the emulsion spot defect on the surface of cold rolled strip by the 1 500 mm UCM single-stand mill of Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,its forming mechanism was analyzed.The measures were taken into practice,such as adopting new lateral wrapped bite-proof,wind knife,frequency emulsion supply system,automatic emulsion spray and delay starting control.Good effects were obtained,which the cut-off rate caused by emulsion spot was reduced from 0.85%to 0.12%,the yield rate was raised from 90.20%to 90.38%.
