重构刑法学的学科体系已成为迫切的要求 ,新的学科体系应当是内容和形式高度完美的结合 ,能科学地体现刑法学的内容 ,能正确地解决刑法学各具体内容之间的内在联系和相互关系 ,使刑法学成为一个系统的有机整体。

Reconstruction of the system of Criminal Law science has been an urgent task. The new subject system should be a perfect and high combination of content and form. It will scientifically reflect contents of Criminal Law science, correctly solve the problems of inherent links and mutual relations among specific parts, and make Criminal Law science become a systematic and organic integration.
