2014年-2016年呼和浩特市小儿肺炎衣原体抗体检测及临床分析

Antibody detection and clinical analysis of Chlamydia pneumoniae for children in Huhehot during 2014-2016

目的了解呼和浩特市小儿肺炎衣原体(chlamydia pneumoniae,Cp)下呼吸道感染的特点,为临床辅助诊断衣原体肺炎提供依据。方法用金标免疫斑点法对137例下呼吸道感染住院儿童进行了肺炎衣原体Ig M抗体检测,分析其临床特点和药物治疗情况。结果病例组Cp Ig M抗体阳性检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=32.632,P<0.01);病例组3种类型下呼吸道感染患儿Cp Ig M抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄组间阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肺炎衣原体是呼和浩特市小儿下呼吸道感染的常见病原之一,采用金标免疫斑点法可快速、准确的检测小儿肺炎衣原体感染。

Objective To understand the characteristics of lower respiratory tract infection of Chlamydia pneumoniae（Cp） in children in Hohhot,and to provide basis for clinical diagnosis of Cp. Methods A total of 137 hospitalized children with lower respiratory tract infection were conducted for the detection of Cp Ig M antibody by gold-labeled immunospot assay,and their clinical characteristics and drug treatment were analyzed. Results The positive rate of Cp Ig M antibody in case group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2= 32. 632,P〈0. 01）; there was no statistical significance on the difference in the positive rate of Cp Ig M antibody among the cases with three types of lower respiratory tract infections（P〈0. 05）; there was no statistical significance on the difference in the positive rate among different age groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Cp is one of the common pathogens of lower respiratory tract infections in children in Hohhot. Gold-labeled immunospot assay can quickly and accurately detect Cp infection in children.
