摘要
目的研究运城地区汉族人群MNS、Duffy、Kidd、Kell四个稀有血型系统5个抗原系统的基因多态性分布特点,丰富稀有血型人类遗传学资料,同时为运城地区患者血液输注提供参考依据。方法本研究使用序列特异性引物-聚合酶链式反应(SSP-PCR)方法,对运城地区300例健康汉族人进行MNS、Duffy、Kidd、Kell四个稀有血型系统5个抗原系统完成检测。结果运城地区汉族人群MNS、Duffy、Kell、Kidd四个稀有血型系统5个抗原系统基因频率依次M=0.5467,N=0.4533,S=0.0817,s=0.9183;Fy^a=0.8967,Fy^b=0.1033;K1=0.07,K2=0.93;Jk^a=0.525,Jk^b=0.475,χ~2检验分析结果发现符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡法则。结论运城地区汉族人群4个稀有血型系统基因型呈现多态性分布,与国内其他地区相比较具有地域差异。
Objective:To study the gene polymorphism of MNS,Duffy,Kidd,Kell blood groups in Han nationalities in Yuncheng area for building the basis for human population genetics,clinical use of blood or blood auto-transfusion and rare blood bank. Methods:Four blood groups genotyping of 300 adults from Yuncheng were detected by sequence specific primerspolymerase chain reaction(PCR-SSP)method and analyzed. Results:The allele gene frequencies of four rare blood groups in Han nationalities of Yuncheng area were M=0.5467,N=0.4533,S=0.0817,s=0.9183;Fya=0.8967,Fyb=0.1033;K1=0.07,K2=0.93;Jka=0.525,Jkb=0.475. Results from chi-square test showed that the observed value and expected value of genotypes were in line with the law of Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P〉0.05). Conclusion:The gene frequency distribution of MNS in Han nationality in Yuncheng area showed a polymorphism state. The gene frequency was in line with the law of Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.
