二维联合三维超声在产前诊断唇腭裂中的应用价值探讨

The value of two dimensional combined three dimensional ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of cleft lip and palate

目的对比与探讨二维联合三维超声在产前诊断唇腭裂中的应用价值。方法选取于我院行产前检查的8040位孕妇为研究对象,均使用二维和三维超声进行唇腭裂产前筛查,后对比产后颜面部检查结果,分析二维和三维超声产前诊断唇腭裂的准确率、敏感度、特异度。结果产后颜面部检查共发现唇腭裂患儿14例,唇腭裂发生率为0.17%,二维超声检出唇腭裂患者8例,三维超声检出唇腭裂患者13例,三维超声检查的准确率和敏感度显著高于二维超声检查(P均>0.05),但是两种检查的特异度并无显著差异(P=0.317)。结论联合二维和三维超声在胎儿唇腭裂的产前检查中具有较好的诊断参考价值,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To compare and explore the value of two-dimensional combined three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of cleft lip and palate. Methods：Eighty-four pregnant women who had been prenatal examined in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Prenatal screening for cleft lip and palate was performed using two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasonography. The postnatal facial and facial examination results were compared. The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity of twodimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound prenatal diagnosis Cleft lip and palate were compared. Results：There were 14 cases of cleft lip and palate in children with cleft lip and palate,the incidence of cleft lip and palate was 0.17%,8 cases of cleft lip and palate were detected with two-dimensional ultrasonography,13 cases of cleft lip and palate were detected with threedimensional ultrasonography,The accuracy and sensitivity were significantly higher than those by two-dimensional sonography（P〉0.05）,but the specificity of the two tests did not differ significantly（P=0.317）. Conclusion：Combined 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional ultrasound has a good diagnostic value in the prenatal examination of fetal cleft lip and palate,and it is worthy of clinical application.
