头针配合体穴封闭治疗共济失调50例临床报道

Clinical Observation on 50 Cases of Ataxia Treated with Head Acupuncture in Combination with Acu-point Blockade

共济失调是神经系统常见的一个综合征。根据病变部位不同,常见的共济失调分为深感觉障碍性共济失调、小脑性共济失调、前庭性共济失调、额叶性共济失调四类。我们选择了内科病因所致共济失调50例,采用头针为主配合体穴封闭进行治疗,现报告如下:

50 cases of ataxia were treated by the authorswith head acupuncture and acu-point blockade.Toperform head acupuncture,the primary point isEquilibrium Zone,and the secondary ones are Dizz-iness and Hearing Zone and Foot-Motoring-SensaryZone.After the insertion,needles are swiftly rota-ted for 3 times,5 minutes for each time and thereis a 5-minute interval in between.The needling isonce daily.The following body points are prescri-bed:Jianyu,Quchi,Shousanli,Hegu,Shenshu,Biguan,Maibu,Siqiang,Yanglingquan,Zusanli,Taichong,and Kunlun.The injection is once forevery other day in all the points.As the result,20cases were cured,20 were markedly effective,5were improved and 5 were unchanged.
