总结孙志教授针药结合治疗中风后遗症的临床经验。在针灸治疗方面,以调和脏腑与疏泄内邪为主,辅以火针使经络达到最大程度疏通;在中药治疗方面,以益气养阴药为主,配以活血化瘀、化痰通络之品。针药并用,脏腑与经络并调,祛邪与扶正并举,临床疗效显著。附典型病案2则以验证。

The paper summarizes professor SUN Zhi＇s clinical experience in treating sequelae of apoplexy with acupuncture and Chinese herbs. In acupuncture,regulating functions of Zang-Fu-organs and dispersing internal evil is taken as the principal,supplemented by fire needle to dredge the meridian furthest; for Chinese herbs,the primary is to tonify qi and yin,accompanied by drugs to promote blood circulation and dissipate blood stasis,as well as eliminate phlegm and dredge collateral. SUN ＇ therapies,which involving in combining acupuncture with herbs,coordinating the functions among the viscera and meridian,eliminating evils for supporting vital qi,have notable clinical efficacy. Two typical cases are presented for inspecting and verifying.
