热补针法治疗强直性脊柱炎34例临床观察

Clinical observation on ankylosing spondylitis treated with heat reinforcing needling

目的观察热补针法治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的临床疗效。方法将68例AS患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各34例。2组均给予柳氮磺胺嘧啶片常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予针刺疗法,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予热补针法。2组均以连续针刺6 d为1个疗程,休息1 d后继续下一个疗程。6个疗程后比较2组的巴氏强直性脊柱炎疾病活动指数(BASDAI)评分、巴氏强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI)评分、中医症状分级量化标准评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后2组的BASDAI评分、BASFI评分、中医症状分级量化标准评分均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组下降更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为82.4%,治疗组为94.1%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热补针法在改善AS患者的关节疼痛、关节活动度、生活质量方面具有显著优势,且临床疗效较佳,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of heat reinforcing needling on ankylosing spondylitis（ AS） patients. Methods 68 AS patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group（ n = 34）.Under regular treatment,the treatment group was intervened with heat-reinforcing needling. In contrast,the control group was treated by acupuncture,1 time a day,6 times as one course,1 day break between courses. After 6 courses,scores of Barthel Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index（ BASDAI）,Bath Ankylo-Sing Spondylitis Functional Index（ BASFI）,TCM symptom grading quantitative standard and therapeutic effects were all compared.Results After treatment,all scores dropped obviously,particularly in treatment group,the differences were significant（ P〈0.05）; the total effective rates of control group and treatment group were 82. 4% and 94. 1%,the difference was also significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion With notable therapeutic effects,heat reinforcing needling has dominant advantage in relieving joint pain,improving joint mobility and quality of life in AS patients. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
