中药口服联合温针灸治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征所致不孕40例临床观察

Clinical observation on the effect of oral infusion of traditional Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture in treating 40 cases of infertility caused by unruptured follicle luteinized syndrome

目的观察中药口服联合温针灸治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征所致不孕的临床疗效。方法选取未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征所致不孕患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组予中药口服联合温针灸治疗,对照组予来曲唑(LE)口服联合绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)肌肉注射治疗,严密监测2组患者的卵泡发育情况,比较2组的临床疗效、2月后流产率及治疗前后血清促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平。结果治疗组总有效率为70.0%,对照组为67.5%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治愈率(42.5%)明显高于对照组(22.5%),2月内流产率(11.8%)明显低于对照组(22.2%),2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前基础LH、E2水平及治疗后排卵前期LH、E2水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药口服联合温针灸治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征所致不孕疗效确切,可提高妊娠率,且能降低早期流产率,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral infusion of traditional Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture on infertility caused by luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome（ LUFS）. Methods 80 infertile patients with LUFS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was given oral Chinese medicine combined with warm-needle moxibustion. The control group was given letrozole orally combined with human chorionic gonadotropin（ HCG） intramuscular injection. The follicular development of two groups was closely monitored. The clinical efficacy and the rate of abortion within 2 months of the two groups were compared. Rates and levels of serum luteotrophic hormone（ LH） and estradiol（ E2） before and after treatment were also compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 70.0%,which that of control group was 67.5%,no difference between them（ P〉0.05）. The cure rate of treatment group was 42.5%,much higher than that of control group（ 22. 5%）; the abortion rate in treatment group（ 11. 8%） was much lower than that in control group（ 22.2%）. There were significant differences（ P〈0.05）. No difference was found in two groups when comparing the levels of LH,E2 before and after treatment（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion The combined therapy is effective in increasing pregnancy rate and decreasing first trimester abortion rate. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
