摘要
对稳定期及急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)常见证型模型的建立方法及研究现状进行概述,并从不同证型病证结合动物模型的诱导因素及检测指标2个方面提出思考,为COPD病证结合动物模型的建立方法提供相关参考,同时为病证结合动物模型评价标准的不断完善提供一定思路。
The paper summarizes the establishment method for the main syndroms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） at stable phase and acute exacerbation. Based on the reflection of inducing factors and testing indexes,it also provides a reference for establishing animal models by combining COPD with different syndroms as well as new ideas for improving the evaluation of the establishment.
