本科生导师制在我校预防医学专业培养中的实践与探索 被引量:1

Practice and exploration of undergraduate tutorial system in cultivating college students majoring preventive medicine in our university

摘要 结合我校预防医学专业师生实际情况,对我校2011级预防医学专业学生实施导师制培养,并进行积极的实践与探索,取得了一定成效。说明本科生导师制有助于因材施教、有利于学生个性发展,且在提高教育质量、培养新型人才方面有绝对优势,适合预防医学人才的培养目标。 Based on the current teacher-student situation of Gansu university of Chinese medicine,the study made an active practice and exploration of undergraduate tutorial system( UTS) in cultivating college students majoring preventive medicine( enrolled in 2011) and got some success,which showing UTS possesses absolute advantages of education quality improvement and new talents training in teaching students according to their aptitudes and developing their personalities. UTS caters to talent training objective of preventive medicine.
