摘要
目的:研究郑氏大力丸的制备工艺和质量标准中药物的薄层鉴别方法。方法:从丸剂自动化生产角度考察郑氏大力丸生产工艺的可行性,并建立熟地黄和人参专属性强、简便的薄层鉴别方法。结果:郑氏大力丸的生产工艺为:在出条口直径5mm,推料速度与切丸速度500r/min的条件下,以纯化水为粘合剂制成含水量28.6%的软材后进行制丸;郑氏大力丸中熟地黄、人参薄层鉴别方法重现性良好。结论:郑氏大力丸制备工艺合理、质量标准良好,可以应用于生产。
Objective: To investigate the preparation process for Zheng's Dali pills and thin-layer chromatography(TLC) for the identification of traditional Chinese medicines in quality standard. Methods: The feasibility of the preparation process for Zheng's Dali pills was investigated from the perspective of automatic production of pills,and a highly specific and convenient TLC method for the identification of prepared Radix Rehmanniae and Panax ginseng was established. Results: The preparation process for Zheng's Dali pills was as follows: with an outlet diameter of 5 mm and a speed of pushing and cutting of 500 r/min,soft material with a water content of 28. 6% was made with purified water as an adhesive and then processed into pills. The TLC method for the identification of prepared Radix Rehmanniae and Panax ginseng has good repeatability. Conclusion: The preparation process for Zheng's Dali pills is reasonable and has good quality standards,and therefore,it can be used in production.
