郑州某高层建筑裙房钢结构桁架建筑施工技术 被引量:4

摘要 随着经济进步,钢结构桁架体系已经广泛应用于大中型建筑。依据郑州某高层建筑裙房钢结构桁架建筑施工现状,分析了钢结构桁架吊装、搭建、焊接等施工工艺。根据SAP 2000结构分析软件对支撑胎架进行设计验算,经计算可知:胎架主肢最大应力比为0.319,胎架传力梁及分配梁最大应力比为0.424,二者均满足相关规范要求,为工程安全施工提供了理论依据。对现场钢结构桁架焊接工艺分析确立了由内向外整体对称焊接的焊接顺序,每个焊口由2名焊工同时进行先腹板后翼缘包角围焊,保障了结构的局部与整体稳定性能。 With the economic development,the truss steel structure has been widely used in large and medium-sized buildings. On the basis of a high-rise building in Zhengzhou podium steel truss construction status,truss steel structure hoisting,construction,welding and other construction techniques were analyzed. According to the SAP 2000 structure analysis software,the design and calculation of the support frame were carried out. The resultes showed that the maximum stress ratio of the main limb of the tread frame was 0. 319,the maximum stress ratio of the transfer beam and the distributing beam of the tread frame was 0. 424,both of them could meet the specification requirements,which could provide a theoretical guarantee for the safety construction of the project. The welding procedure analysis of the field truss steel structure was conducted,and the symmetrical welding sequence was built from the inside to the outside. Every welding joint was carried out by 2 welders at the same time. The webs were wrapped around the girders to ensure the local and overall stability of the structure.
