轮辐式单层索膜结构体育场的施工技术分析 被引量:4

摘要 某体育场为"轮辐式单层索膜+压环梁+V形柱"的复杂结构形式,在钢结构、索、膜3种结构共同作用下形成了一个稳定的结构体系。施工时需考虑3种体系的相互影响,保证整个结构的安装精度。阐述了屋面结构体系的安装方法:对于钢结构采用场内、场外结合的方法进行吊装;索网低空无应力组装、整体牵引提升、高空分批张拉锚固;膜施工采用履带吊将膜捆吊装到安装作业面,由人工进行展开和张拉固定。整个施工过程采用有限元软件进行模拟分析,根据分析数据进行3种结构安装时的变形调整,圆满完成了整个施工过程。 The structure consists of hub-and-spoke single-layer cable membrane and pressure ring beam and V-shaped column is complex,the three structures of steel structure,cable and membrane form a stable structure system. During the construction process,the three system should be considered,to ensure the installation precision of the whole structure. The paper expounded the roof structure system installation method: the steel structure was lified on-side and off-site; the cable network applied non-stress assembly d at a low altitude,the overall lifting,partial tensioned anchorage at a high altitude;the membrane bundle was lifted by crawler crane to the assembly platform the installation and tensioning fixed were conduced by owrkers. The whole construction process of the simulation analysis was conducted by finite element software,based on the analysis data to guide the three kinds of structures deformation during the installation,so as to complete the whole construction process accuratedly.
