随着社会经济的发展,工程建设规模日趋庞大,但对诸多老旧建筑物的安全性检测鉴定和维修改造也迫在眉睫。国家先后颁布了很多相关规范,但在实际应用过程中,对建筑结构安全性检测鉴定与抗震鉴定如何统一的问题,在应用中一直存有争议。本文通过论述对各鉴定阶段的内容、相关标准中的含义,以及它们之间的关系,总结了建筑结构安全性鉴定与抗震鉴定在实际应用过程中如何统一认识、合理执行的问题。

Many relevant norms have been issued to the safety detection and evaluation and maintenance of many old buildings, and there have been disputes in the application.In this paper, we discuss the contents and the meaning of the relevant standards, and the relationship between them, and summarize how to recognize and execute the building structure safety appraisal and seismic appraiser in the process of actual application.
