摘要
将废混凝土破碎筛分后作为骨料取代GRC中的天然石英砂,研究了废混凝土取代率和聚合物乳液固含量对再生GRC试件的力学性能和耐久性能的影响,并与普通GRC试件的相关性能进行了对比。结果表明:当聚合物乳液固含量为5.64%,废混凝土颗粒替代天然石英砂比例为30%时,再生GRC试件的7d抗压强度达到53.8MPa,7d抗弯强度达到19.2MPa,7d抗冲击强度达到30.3KJ/m^2,强度损失率均低于0.3%,各项性能指标均优于JC/T940-2004《玻璃纤维增强水泥(GRC)装饰制品》中一等品的要求。
The waste concrete was crushed and sieved to replace the natural quartz sand as the aggregates in the GRC.The effect of waste concrete replacement rate and emulsion solid content on the mechanical properties and durability of regenerated GRC specimens were studied, and compared with the ordinary GRC specimens Performance.The results show that when the solid content of polymer emulsion is 5.64% and the ratio of waste concrete particles to natural quartz sand is 30%, the compressive strength of regenerated GRC specimens reaches 53.8MPa, the flexural strength reaches 19.2MPa and the impact resistance, The strength reaches 30.3KJ/m2 at 7d age, the strength loss rate is lower than 0.3%.All the performance indexes are better than the first-class products in JC/T940-2004 "GRC decorative products".
