某重型商用车转向管柱及支架载荷谱提取 被引量:1

Steering Column and Support Load Spectrum Extraction for a Heavy Commercial Vehicle

摘要 建立车架、驾驶室、翻转机构、转向管柱及支架等的刚柔耦合多体动力学模型。以试验场中采集的加速度信号为目标信号,使用FEMFAT-Lab软件中虚拟迭代的方法求得车架与前悬架4个连接处的位移谱,并通过仿真提取转向管柱上支架与驾驶室连接处的载荷谱,转向管柱下支架与车架连接处的载荷谱,转向器输入轴与转向器连接处的载荷谱,为后续的疲劳分析提供准备。
