《圣济总录》是北宋政府组织编纂的一部综合性医学著作,卷帙浩繁,是研究宋代医学发展必不可少的医学巨著,对该书的研究无论是从文献还是从临床、科研角度,均具有十分重要的意义。近年来对《圣济总录》的研究主要集中在《圣济总录》的版本研究,《圣济总录》编次特点研究,《圣济总录》诸门研究,《圣济总录》中剂型、药引、用药规律、治疗方法、辨证论治思想研究,以及针对《圣济总录》某一疾病的研究等方面,均取得较为重要的研究成果,同时反映了对《圣济总录》的研究还有待进一步拓展。

General Collection for Holy Relief is a comprehensive medical work compiled by Northern Song Government,which is a voluminous book and an indispensable medical masterpiece for studying the medical development of the Song Dynasty. It has a very important significance both from the literature,clinical and scientific perspectives. In recent years,the study on General Collection for Holy Relief has mainly focused on the editions ,characteristics of arrangement order,various recording study,dosage form,medicinal primers, medication laws,treatment methods,and syndrome differentiation ideas,as well as study on certain disease in General Collection for Holy Relief, achieving more important study results and reflecting this study need to be further studied at the same time.
