关于《〈中医诊断学〉九版教材存在的问题》的商榷

Discussion on Problems in the Ninth Edition of Traditional Chinese Diagnostics

《山东中医药大学学报》2016年第6期发表的《〈中医诊断学〉九版教材存在的问题》存在着逻辑比较混乱、中西医概念混淆以及以西医临床标准验证中医、以特殊性取代普遍性等现象,忽略了《中医诊断学》作为教材所讨论的是内外妇儿各科共性的问题,不可能像百科全书一样,更不可能介绍个人的临床经验,尤其是一些不成熟的观点不可能纳入教材,尽管都是诊断学,但中医诊断学和中西医结合诊断学是有区别的。以中医经典理论及临床为依据,对作者质疑九版教材的50多个问题进行梳理,提出商榷。

＂Problems in the ninth edition of Traditional Chinese Diagnostics＂ published in No. 6 of ＂Jour- nal of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine＂ of 2016 exists logical confusion,the confusion between Chinese and western medical concepts,the use of clinical standards in western medicine to verify traditional Chinese medicine and replace universality with specificity,ignoring Traditional Chinese Diagnostics as a textbook,which focuses on the common problems of internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics. It is unlikely to be an encyclopedia and introduce personal clinical experience,especially some immature view- points are impossible to be included in the textbooks. For diagnostics,there is some difference between tra- ditional Chinese diagnostics and integrative diagnostics of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Based on the classical theory and clinical practice of TCM ,we sorted out and discussed more than 50 author＇s questions in the ninth edition of the textbook.
