连翘对小鼠胃肠动力影响的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察连翘水煎液对小鼠胃肠动力的影响。方法:采用传统的小鼠胃排空和小肠推进实验,以多巴胺(Dopamine,DA)、肾上腺素(Adrenaline,Adr)、阿托品(Atropine,Atr)和新斯的明为工具药,分别建立小鼠胃肠运动抑制和亢进模型,观察连翘水煎液对小鼠胃肠运动异常的改善作用。结果:连翘水煎液对正常小鼠胃肠运动无明显影响;DA、Adr、Atr能抑制小鼠胃肠运动,使胃排空和小肠推进延迟。大剂量连翘组可明显减少DA模型组胃残留率(P〈0.001),小、中、大剂量连翘组均可增加DA模型组小肠推进率(分别为P〈0.01,P〈0.001,P〈0.001);大剂量连翘组可明显减少Adr模型组小鼠胃残留率(P〈0.01),增加小鼠小肠推进率(P〈0.01);中、大剂量连翘组可明显减少Atr模型组小鼠胃残留率(均P〈0.001),增加小鼠小肠推进率(分别为P〈0.01,P〈0.001)。新斯的明能使胃肠运动过度亢进,加快胃排空和小肠推进,中、大剂量连翘组可明显增加小鼠胃残留率(P〈0.05,P〈0.001),减少小肠推进率(P〈0.05,P〈0.001)。结论 :连翘水煎液对胃肠运动紊乱具有双向调节作用,其机制可能与胆碱能M受体、多巴胺受体、肾上腺素α和β受体有关。 Objective :To observe the effects of Lianqiao (Forsythiae fructus) Decoction on gastrointestinal motility in mice. Methods:The traditional gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion experiments in mice were performed,and dopamine(DA),adrenaline(Adr),atropine(Atr) and neostigmine were used as the tool drugs,the effects of Lianqiao(Forsythiae fructus) Decoction on gastrointestinal movement were observed. Results:Lianqiao(Forsythiae fructus) Decoction had no significant effects on the gastrointestinal motility in normal mice. DA ,Adr and Atr inhibited gastrointestinal motility in mice and delayed gastric emptying and small bowel propulsion. A large dose of Lianqiao group can significantly reduce the gastric residual rate of DA model group(P〈0.001). Small,medium and large doses of Lianqiao group can increase the propulsion rate of small intestine in DA model group(P〈0.01 ,P〈0.001 ,P〈0.001). High dose of Lianqiao group can sig- nificantly reduce the gastric residual rate of Adr model group(P〈0.01),increase the propulsion rate of small intestine in mice(P〈0.01). Middle and high dose of Lianqiao group can significantly reduce the gastric residual rate of mice in Atr model group(P〈0.001),increase the propulsion rate of small intestine in mice (P〈0.01,P〈0.001). Neostigmine can cause hyperfunction of the gastrointestinal motility,accelerate gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion,middle and high dose of Lianqiao group significantly increased the gastric residual rate of mice(P〈0.05,P〈0.001),reduce the intestinal propulsion rate(P〈0.05,P〈0.001). Conclusion:Lianqiao(Forsythiae fructus) Decoction has the bidirectional regulatory effects on gastrointestinalmotility disturbance,and its mechanism may be re- lated to cholinergic M receptor,dopamine receptor, adrenergic alpha and beta receptor.
