GC-MS联用法分析明党参及其快熟繁殖体系的化学成分

Analysis of Chemical Constituents of Mingdangshen(Changii Radix) and Its Rapid Propagation System by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用乙醚超声提取法分别对栽培明党参根、明党参诱导根、明党参愈伤组织、炮制明党参根、野生明党参根进行提取,并用气相色谱-质谱对样品进行分析。从5个样品中共检出20种挥发性成分,以芳香族化合物和醇类为主。在检出的挥发性物质中,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和丁基羟基甲苯是5个样品共有的。其中明党参愈伤组织成分较少,仅检测出4种成分;愈伤组织经诱导形成根后成分明显增多,检出8种成分,多于野生明党参(5种成分),少于栽培明党参(13种成分)。栽培明党参不但满足植物生长发育和品质形成的要求,而且最大限度地提高了品质。同时组织培养适于明党参的快速繁殖且不受地域限制,并能通过对愈伤组织进行诱导生根,从而保证药材的质量。组织培养和栽培均为良种选育的重要途径。 Ether ultrasonic extraction was used to extract the roots of cultivated Mingdangshen (Changu radix) ,induced roots, callus, prepared roots of Mingdangshen (Changii radix) and roots of wild Mingdangshen callus was induced to form the root,8 components were detected,more than the wild species of Mingdang shen(Changii radix)(5 components),which was less than that of the cultivated plant. Cultivated Mingdangshen (Changii radix) can not only satisfy tile requirements for plant growth and quality formation,but also maxi- mizes quality. At the same time,tissue culture is suitable for the rapid propagation of cultivated Mingdang- shen(Changii Radix) and is not restricted by geographical regions. By inducing callus to form the roots,it ensures the quality of medicinal materials. Tissue culture and cultivation are important approaches for selec-tive breeding.
