摘要
以15mm厚度TC4合金增材制造自然缺陷试样为对象,研究其射线照相检测工艺及灵敏度,并采用90°翻转照相、工业CT断层扫描技术进行验证。试验验证结果表明:射线照相检测可检出15mm厚度TC4合金增材制造制件中直径为0.4~0.5mm的孔洞缺陷,然而同射线照相透视成像相比,工业CT断层扫描成像技术更有助于缺陷的定位和定量。
The paper carries out research on radiography testing process and its sensitivity for TC4 alloy additive manufacturing parts of 15 mm thickness with natural defect.The test results were verified by the use of 90°overturn testing and industry computed tomography.Radiography testing can detect pore defect of0.4-0.5 mm in 15 mm thickness TC4 alloy additive manufacturing parts.However,comparing with radiography testing,industrial computed tomography greatly avails for positioning and quantifying the defects.
