本文介绍了一种测定活性翠蓝KN-G中活性基平均数目的方法,利用高效液相色谱外标法计算出染料中剩余对位酯的量,进一步算出染料中活性基的平均数目。

A method for determining the average number of reactive groups in Reactive Turquoise Blue KN-G was introduced. The amount of residual para-ester in the dye was calculated by external standard method of HPLC,and the average number of reactive groups in the dye was further calculated.
