磁流变减振器力学模型校验及天棚ON-OFF控制 被引量:3

Verification of Magneto-rheological Damper Mechanical Model and Skyhook ON-OFF Control

摘要 针对某轻型军用轮式越野车的减振需求,设计了阀式磁流变减振器(Magneto-Rheological Damper,MRD)替代原被动减振器。首先,将磁流变液(Magneto-Rheological Fluid,MRF)流变特性表示成Bingham模型,用平板模型推导MRD阻尼力模型;其次,在对MRD性能进行测试的基础上,建立了相应的多项式MRD力学模型;然后,采用最小二乘法,并基于相对误差、相关系数及标准差3个指标对模型的准确性进行了校验;最后,基于天棚ON-OFF半主动控制算法对MRD减振性能进行了台架试验。结果表明:所建立的MRD力学模型与试验得到的结果相差较小,说明模型较为准确;在天棚ON-OFF半主动控制条件下,设计的MRD可有效降低车身共振区附近的车身垂直加速度,提高军用车辆的乘坐舒适性及行驶平顺性。 Aiming at the damping demand of a light duty military wheeled off-road vehicle,the MagnetoRheological Damper( MRD) is designed to replace the original passive damper. Firstly,the MagnetoRheological Fluid( MRF) feature is expressed as Bingham model,and damping force model of MRD is derived from plate model. Secondly,the corresponding polynomial mechanical model is established based on the performance test of MRD. Then the least squares method is applied to verify the accuracy of mechanical model with three indexes,which include relative error,correlation coefficient and standard deviation. Finally,a semi-active control algorithm based on the skyhook ON-OFF is used to carry out bench test on MRD damping performance. The results show that the MRD mechanical model has little error which indicates the model is accurate; under the condition of skyhook ON-OFF semi-active control,the designed MRD can effectively reduce vehicle body vertical acceleration near the body resonance area,and improve the ride comfort and the ride smoothness.
