Requirements Analysis on Mission Shifting of Early Warning and Detection System

摘要 针对临近空间高超声速飞行器(Near-Space Hypersonic Vehicle,NSHV)预警探测过程中的目标交接班问题,分析了目标交接班对轨迹预测的需求。首先,分析了地/海基和空基预警探测平台针对NSHV目标的威力覆盖范围,指出实现全程跟踪NSHV目标需要构建协同探测网络,其中目标交接班是必须解决的技术问题;其次,介绍了2种协同探测目标交接班方式;最后,研究了轨迹预测精度对目标交接班性能的影响。研究表明:预测交接是NSHV预警探测系统目标交接班的必然选择,提高轨迹预测精度有助于节省接班传感器资源、提高目标检测概率。 Aiming at the problem of mission shifting in process of Near-Space Hypersonic Vehicle( NSHV) early warning and detection,the demand of mission shifting for trajectory prediction is analyzed. Firstly,the paper analyzes the power coverage of groundsea based and space based early warning and detection platforms for NSHV targets,and points out that a collaborative detection network needs to be constructed in order to achieve full tracking of NSHV targets,and the mission shifting is a technical issue that must be resolved. Then,two kinds of mission shifting modes are introduced. Finally,the effect of trajectory prediction accuracy on mission shifting performance is studied. The research results show that prediction handover is an inevitable choice for mission shifting of NSHV early warning and detection system,and the improvement of trajectory prediction accuracy can help to save successor sensor resources and improve target detection probability.
