Wang Xiaofen,general manager of Cuiyuan,a Chinese restaurant in Prague,the Czech Republic,and Wang Chunxiong,her husband,moved to Prague from East China＇s Zhejiang Province in 1998.The couple Started from scratch and worked hard to run a Chinese restaurant.To share delicious Chinese food in another country,they made a lot of eddort to innovate dishes,and,on the basis of maintaining the original characteristics of Chinese food,they altered some dishes to suit Western tastes.Their restaurant has become one of the most popular Chinese restautants in Prague.
捷克布拉格翠园大酒店总经理王小芬和丈夫王春雄，是1998年从中国浙江来到布拉格的。夫妻俩白手起家，艰苦打拼，经营了一家中餐馆。为了把美味的中国菜肴带到异国他乡，他们不断创新菜品，在保持中国菜原有特色的基础上又融入了外国人的饮食口味，深受捷克当地人的喜爱。
