摘要
游乐设施安全问题一直是社会各界人士关注的焦点,影响游乐设施安全的因素有很多。本文主要研究的是人因要素(主要包括的对象有操作者、游客和维保人员)对典型游乐设施大摆锤安全的影响。采用HAZOP分析方法对操作过程中人因要素可能导致的偏差进行分析,并提出措施减小或消除偏差对结果的影响。实践表明使用HAZOP分析方法可以降低故障发生率,提高游乐设施的安全性能。
The safety of amusement facilities has always been the focus of attention of people from all walks of life. There are many factors that affect the safety of amusement facilities. This article mainly studies the influence of the human factors (mainly including the operators, tourists and maintenance personnel) on the safety of large pendulums in typical amusement facilities. HAZOP analysis method is used to analyze the deviations that may be caused by human factors in the operation process, and measures are proposed to reduce or eliminate the influence of deviations on the results. Practice shows that the use of HAZOP analysis method can reduce the incidence of failure and improve the safety performance of amusement facilities.
