大型常压储罐在线超声检测及相关设备研制关键技术研究

摘要 国家质量监督检验检疫总局"质检公益性行业科研专项"项目"大型常压储罐在线超声检测及相关设备研制关键技术研究"荣获中国职业安全健康协会科学技术奖一等奖。该项目是在现有承压设备的在线不停车检验检测技术和完整性管理理念研究的基础上,开展大型油气、化工物料储备库的大型常压储罐的在线不停车检验检测技术、安全评价技术和管理方法研究,同时结合具体情况,研究大型常压储罐的检验检测方法、设备和安全评定准则。该项目所取得的成果可广泛应用于我国各大型常压储罐的检验检测与安全评估等,极大地推动危化品储运行业持续健康发展和安全科技进步。本文重点介绍了该项目的背景、目标、总体研究方案、经济社会效益等相关内容。 The "Research program on scientific research for public welfare industry in quality inspection" "Research on the key technology for on-line ultrasonic testing of large atmospheric storage tanks and the development of related equipment"-won the first prize of the China Occupational Safety and Health Association Science and Technology Award. The research on on-line nonstop inspection technology, safety evaluation technology and management method of large atmospheric storage tanks for oil gas and chemical material is carried out, on the basis of the research on the on-line nonstop inspection technology and the integrity management concept of the existing pressure equipment. At the same time, combining with the specific circumstances, the inspection methods, equipment and safety assessment criteria of large atmospheric storage tanks are also studied. The achievements of this project can be widely used in the inspection and safety assessment of large atmospheric pressure tanks in China, which would greatly promote the healthy development of the dangerous chemicals storage and transportation industry and the progress of safety and science and technology. The background, objectives, overall research plan, research results, economic and social benefits of the project are introduced.
