开端情况下自紧身管应力分布简化计算数值仿真

摘要 在用第四强度理论分析开端自紧身管应力分布时,应力公式十分复杂。为简化计算,文献提出采用修正屈服准则代替mises屈服准则可满足工程应用需要。为考察这种代替的效果,以某型火炮身管典型截面为例,采用数值仿真方法对2种屈服准则下的应力分布进行了分析。研究表明,2种屈服准则计算出的身管强度相差较大,修正屈服准则用于工程实际可能存在问题。研究为自紧身管的精确化设计提供了参考。 The stress equation is very complex when using the fourth strength theory to analyze the stress distribution of open-end self-tight tube. In order to simplify the calculation, the literature uses the modified yield criterion instead of the mises yield criterion to meet the engineering application needs. In order to investigate the effect of this substitution, taking a typical section of a certain type of gun tube as an example, the stress distributions under the two yield criterions are analyzed using numerical simulation method. The study indicates the tube intensities under the two yield criterions are quite different, and the revised yield criterion cannot be used in engineering applications. The research provides reference for precise design of self-tight tube.
