摘要
桥式起重机主梁的设计方法正从单纯的静态设计向动、静态综合设计发展。在主梁设计时进行模态分析,避免工作时受到外部激励引起的共振,对保证生产安全具有重要意义。利用ANSYS对10 t桥式起重机主梁分别进行自由模态和约束模态分析,得到主梁的固有频率和振型,并找出腹板是结构的主要薄弱部分,为主梁的结构优化和动力修改提供了参考。
The design method of girder for bridge crane is developing from simple static design to dynamic and static design. Modal analysis in the design of the main beam can avoid the resonance caused by external excitation during the work, which is of great significance to ensure the production safety. This paper analyzes the free-mode and constrained modal analysis of the main beam of 10 T bridge crane using ANSYS. The natural frequencies and modes of the main girder are obtained and the web is found to be the main weak part of the structure. The results provide a reference for structural optimization and dynamic modification of the main girder.
