摘要
介绍使用面内激光测振仪测量电动机转速原理,该测量系统由光学头、控制箱、数据采集卡和计算机组成,光学头负责采集电动机速度信号,控制箱对信号进行预处理,数据采集卡进行A/D转换,转换后的数据送到计算机由软件Quick SA分析处理得出速度值。在电动机转轴2个不同的位置进行了测量,测量值与理论值接近,说明面内激光测振仪能够实现电动机转速测量。
This paper introduces the principle of using an in-plane laser vibrometer to measure the motor speed. The measuring system consists of an optical head, a control box, a data acquisition card and a computer. The optical head is responsible for collecting the motor speed signal, the control box preprocessing the signal, and the data acquisition card performs A/D conversion. The converted data is sent to a computer and analyzed by the software Quick SA to obtain the speed value. The measured values at two different positions of the motor shaft are close to the theoretical ones, which shows that the in-plane laser vibrometer can measure the motor speed.
