炼钢厂高低轨道连接跨吊车梁在E列单幅加载下的变形和应力分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用Pro/E中三维模型建立炼钢厂主厂房主体吊车梁结构力学模型,并进行了整体结构在E列单幅加载工况时的结构变形和应力分析。结果表明,吊车梁挠度严重超标,产生了较大的变形,角点应力及系统整体应力都普遍较高。对结构性能的好坏进行了有效的预测,根据实际情况进行相应的改进与优化。 The mechanical model of the main crane girder of the main plant of the steelworks is built using the threedimensional model of Pro/E,and the structural deformation and stress analysis of the whole structure in the single-row loading condition of column E is calculated.The results show that the deflection of the crane beams is seriously exceeded,which results in a large deformation,and the corner stress and the overall system stress are generally higher.The structural performance effectively is predicted and optimized according to the actual situation.
