摘要
为了提高织机织造效率及织物品质,在高速织造情况下能更好地缓解经纱张力波动,提出一种新型后梁结构,介绍了其结构组成、工作原理以及设计思路,分析了其性能特点。结果表明:与传统后梁相比,该后梁能够适应高速织造,受载时变形更均匀,优势明显,可为后续的工程应用提供参考。
In order to improve the weaving efficiency and textile quality,this paper puts forward a new back rest to alleviate the fluctuation of warp tension better under high speed weaving condition.Its structure,working principle and design ideas are introduced.Its performance characteristics are analyzed.The results show that:compared with the traditional back rest,the new back rest can adapt to high-speed weaving,the deformation of it is more uniform under load.This study can provide reference for the subsequent engineering application.
