摘要
针对目前市场洗衣机排水泵效率低下的问题,采用CFD模拟仿真技术,运用正交实验的分析方法对额定流量20L/m in、额定扬程1.25 m的洗衣机排水泵进行数值模拟仿真分析;得到了洗衣机排水泵在额定扬程,额定流量大体相同时的水力效率提升、各点位的速度及压力分布特点;研究结果表明,优化前后额定扬程额定流量大体相同时,排水泵出口回流减少,效率提高了5.95%。
To solve the problem of the low efficiency of washing machine drainage pump in market at present, CFD simulation technology is used to analyze washing machine drainage pump with the rated flow of 20 L/min and the rated lift of 1.25 m using orthogonal experiment. We obtained characters of pressure distribution, velocity at every point and hydraulic efficiency improvement of washing machine drainage pump which have approximate same rated flow and lift.Investigation results show that the reflux of outlet of drainage pump decreases and efficiency increases by 5.95% after optimization when rated flow and lift remain roughly constant.
