摘要
船舶在利用常规舱口盖进行装卸货过程中,由于现今各类舱口盖存在着不同的局限性。为了减少装卸货过程中的耗损,节约船舶成本,文中基于常规舱口盖的结构运用液压系统原理和牵引原理,设计了一种新型舱口盖装置,介绍了该装置的总体结构和局部结构,分析了该装置的可行性,为船舶制造提供参考。
In the process that the ship employs conventional hatch cover to load and unload.In order to reduce the loss during the process of loading and unloading and save the shipping cost because different kinds of hatch covers of today have different limitations,this paper designs a new hatch cover device,introduces overall structure and local structure of the device and analyzes the feasibility of the device using the hydraulic system principle and the haul principle based on the structure of conventional hatch covers,which provides a reference for shipbuilding.
