摘要
针对某企业汽车离合器分离指结合高度存在的不稳定性和质量管理存在的不足,运用统计过程控制(SPC)的控制图和过程能力指数对其生产工序进行了分析,利用鱼骨图确定了影响质量的主要原因,并提出了相应的改进措施;通过对改进前后的工序生产能力进行对比,证明了汽车离合器分离指结合高度的稳定性得到了有效提高。
To solve the coupling height instability and the quality problems of the clutch finger in an enterprise, the production process is analyzed by using the control chart and process capability index of statistical process control(SPC). The main reason affecting the quality is determined by the fishbone diagram, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. By comparing the productivity of the process before and after the improvement,it is proved that the stability of the clutch coupling index of the automobile clutch is effectively improved.
