某大型斜温层储水罐布水器设计 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国新能源电力所占比例不断加大,对燃煤机组的运行灵活性和深度调峰能力提出了越来越高的要求,采用大型斜温层储水罐,可以扩大热电联产的运行负荷变化范围。但大型斜温层储热水罐在我国尚无应用业绩,制约技术发展的是大型斜温层储热水罐的核心部件—布水器的设计制造技术。针对大型斜温层储热水罐布水器设计进行了探讨。针对某灵活性调峰项目,设计了该项目的布水器装置,进行了装置的模拟分析,保证了装置的运行效果和安全性。为自主开发大型斜温层储水罐提供了有力的技术支撑。 With proportion increasing of new energy power, this paper puts forward higher requirements of operation flexibility of coal-fired units. The large scale thermocline water tank used in the system can expand the scope of operation load. But there is no experience for large scale thermocline water tank in China now. The biggest problem in using this technology is the design and manufacture of water distributor. In this paper, the design of water distributor for large scale thermocline storage tank is discussed. According to a flexible peaking project, the water distributor is designed, and the simulation analysis of the device is carried out to ensure the running effect and safety of the device.It provides powerful technical support for the development of large water storage tank with inclined thermocline.
