摘要
为了精确测量直升机旋翼振动特性,设计了一种基于加速度计的直升机旋翼振动测试装置。该装置主要包括加速度传感器、A/D转换模块、无线模块、软件处理等部分。通过无线装置将加速度计采集到的振动信号发送到电脑端,进行数据采集和处理。还进行了标定实验和转台模拟实验,得到了需要的振动特性(振幅、振动频率)。测试结果表明,设计符合振动测试要求。
In order to measure the vibration characteristics of helicopter rotor accurately, a helicopter rotor vibration testing device based on accelerometer was designed, which mainly included acceleration sensor, A/D conversion module, wireless module, software processing and other parts. The vibration signal collected by the accelerometer was sent to the computer through the wireless device for data acquisition and processing. The calibration experiment and the turntable simulation experiment were also performed, and the required vibration characteristics(amplitude and vibration frequency) were obtained. The test results show that the design meets the vibration test requirements.
