摘要 为了满足某飞机供电分系统地面模拟验证试验的需要,基于PXI-DAQ与VC++语言设计了一套飞机供电分系统地面试验显控台,实现对供电分系统的上电控制和运行控制、运行状态监视、故障注入、外部激励、电参数信号监测等功能。详细论述了该操控台系统的研制过程,包括系统总体结构、工作原理、软硬件关键模块的设计以及系统实验结果,该系统已在某飞机供电分系统地面模拟试验中得到应用,取得满意效果。 A set of aircraft power supply subsystem ground test display console based on PXI-DAQ and VC + +language was designed in order to meet the needs of the ground simulation and verification test of a certain type of aircraft power supply subsystem. The display console can realize the functions such as power control and operation control, operation state monitoring, fault injection, external excitation and electrical parameter signal monitoring. The development process of the console system is discussed, including the overall structure of the system, the working principle, the design of the key modules of hardware and software, and the experimental results of the system. The system has been applied to the ground simulation tests of a certain type of aircraft power supply subsystem and it has achieved satisfactory results.
