摘要
以上海市老年大学学员为研究对象,采用问卷调查法和访谈法对其学习动机进行研究。结果发现,他们的学习动机较强,且其强弱由大到小依次为兴趣所在、获取新知、外界支持、社会交际、生活方式、自我实现和重塑理想;学习动机中的生活方式在年龄及健康层面存在统计学意义上的显著性差异,学习动机的总体维度及具体维度在性别、学历与生活水平层面均不存在显著性差异。为此,拟通过理念传播与政策驱动来提升老年学习在老年健康中的意义与价值;通过统筹与兼顾养老和社会参与来明晰社会参与在积极养老中的地位;通过外界支持与内在品质的链接为老年人进入老年大学学习提供保障,从而满足老年学员的学习需求。
Taking the elderly university students in Shanghai as the research objects,this paper investigates their learning motivations by the ways of questionnaire survey and interview. The results show that the elderly university students in Shanghai have a strong learning motivation. Their motivation from strong to weak follows the order of interest,acquisition of new knowledge,external support,social communication,lifestyle,self-realization and reshaping ideals. Moreover,there is a statistically significant difference in the age and health status of lifestyle among learning motivation; however,there are no statistically significant differences in gender,educational background and living standard between the overall dimension and the specific dimension of learning motivation.On this basis,some suggestions are put forward to meet the learning demand of the aged students: improving the significance and value of elderly learning in elderly health by the concept spreading and policy driving; making clearly the position of social participation in the aged health by the pool and integrated pensions and social participation; providing security for the elderly to enter the university for the aged by the linkage of the external support and the internal quality.
