国际终身学习政策推展模式的类型学探讨

摘要 进入公共政策之后的终身学习面临不少挑战,关键问题就是如何将终身学习政策的意图通过合适的方式加以表达和落实,该问题可以表述为终身学习政策推展模式。此研究主题是当前国际终身学习理论研究的重要课题,在形态上具有一定的框架性和包容性,可以为理解、分析与比较众多的国际终身学习政策提供有意义的思维路径与认识框架。本文运用文献和比较研究方法,指出终身学习政策推展模式的内涵,并撷取了六项国外具有代表性的研究成果加以重点介绍与分析,较为全面地呈现当前国际范围内终身学习政策推展模式研究的新趋势,从类型学的角度识别终身学习政策推展模式的多个维度。 After incorporated into public policy,lifelong learning faces many challenges.One of the key issues is how to express and implement the intention of lifelong learning policy in a suitable way,which can be represented as promotion model of lifelong learning policy.It is an important topic of theoretical research on lifelong learning in the world.As it has a certain framework and inclusiveness in form,it can provide a meaningful thinking path and a framework for interpreting,analyzing and comparing numerous lifelong learning policies around the world.By means of literature review and comparative study,this paper points out the connotation of promotion model of lifelong learning policy,introduces and analyzes six representative studies from abroad.It comprehensively presents a new research trend of lifelong learning policy promotion model in the world.Meanwhile,it is suggested to identify the multiple dimensions of lifelong learning policy promotion model from the perspective of typology.
