微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定意大利蜜蜂雄蜂蛹中的硒

摘要 雄蜂蛹是一种营养价值较高的蜜蜂产品,本研究试图建立一种微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定意大利蜜蜂雄蜂蛹中硒含量的方法。将适量样品加入硝酸后进行微波消解前处理,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)对硒元素进行测定,通过在线加入标准溶液实现对样品的实时校正,内标为^(103)Rh。结果表明,该方法线性范围宽,在0~0.1mg/l范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为1.0000,检出限为0.045μg/ml,加标回收率为97.3%~105.4%。微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定意大利蜜蜂雄蜂蛹中硒含量的方法准确、灵敏、简便,可为雄蜂蛹微量元素的测定提供技术方法。 This research aimed to establish a method for determination of selenium element in drone pupa of Apis mellifera by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Before pretreatment by microwave oven, the drone pupa and nitric acid were mixed. Then the samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma source mass spectrometer (ICP-MS). Samples were corrected by adding internal standard solution on line, with ^103Rh as internal standard. This method had a wide linearity range, and showed a good linearity in the range of 0-0.1mg/1. The correlation coefficient was 1.0000 and the detection limit was 0.045μg/ml. The recoveries were 97.3%-105.4%. This method was accurate, sensitive and simple. It was the first time to use this method in determination of microelement in drone pupa. It could meet the simultaneous determination of multiple elements and provide a basis for later determination.
