摘要
蛇串疮系疮疡类皮肤疾患之一,现代医学称本病为带状疱疹。我们采用根据痛行为(UAB)、痛感觉(WBPQ)测量表改进的疼痛观察表和直观模拟标尺法(VAS),以其积分作为疼痛的半定量指征,并结合治疗前后外周血5-HT 值的变化,以之作为疼痛改善的客观依据,用艾灸治疗本病,取得了满意的临床疗效,现介绍如下:
To undertake this study,84 cases were dividedat random into Treated group with moxibustion andControlled group with acupuncture.The improvedpain observation chart and the object simulated sur-yeying rod method were utilized.The study revealedthat:the total effective rate in two groups was notnotably different from one another(P>0.05)butthe cure rate of moxibustion was higher than thatof acupuncture and the difference was notable(P=0.05);moreover,moxihustion is superior to acup-uncture in the general improvement of the pain ofherpes zoster as well as the immediate and lastinganalgesic effect.
