基层社区“三社联动”的探索及意义——以佛山市顺德区勒流街道黄连社区治理改革为例

“Interaction of community,social organization and social professional talent” improves social governace and innovation——Take Huanglian village management process in Leliu for an example

本研究以广东省佛山市顺德区勒流街道黄连社区治理改革历程为案例,在回顾改革背景与缘起的基础上,分析黄连社区当时所存在的经济衰退、自治能力弱化、传统文化消失、社区空心化和社区融合度不高等问题,探索黄连社区、社会组织和专业社工"三社联动"的实践历程,总结黄连社区治理改革的价值及意义,为城镇化进程中的社会治理创新提供参考和借鉴。

Through the investigation of the reform and governance of Huanglian village of Letiu street in Shunde district, analyze the existing problems of aging of population, external population, extinction of traditional culture etc, explore the practice process of ＂the three activity＂ in Huanglian community and summarize the results, and the future development direction and the inspiration to social governance innovation.
